If you contact us by phone we will store in hard copy your contact details: your name, company, email address and telephone number as well as the details of your query. This information is retained by us in order to be able to get in touch with you, will not be automatically deleted and will not be shared with third parties. This email information may then be retained by us in case we will need to contact you on anything related to your request.
