3. Contact Us form
We also have a “Contact Us” form on our site. Information you provide when you fill out that form is not shared with third parties or automatically deleted. This information will be used only in order to follow up your query or comment.

We do not keep hard copies of our your information. 
4. Contact us by email or phone
If you contact us by phone we will store in hard copy your contact details: your name, company, email address and telephone number as well as the details of your query. This information is retained by us in order to be able to get in touch with you, will not be automatically deleted and will not be shared with third parties. Your query or request will then be dealt with by email and the hard copy of our notes destroyed. This email information may then be retained by us in case we will need to contact you on anything related to your request.

5. Quiz or Survey
The Business may, from time to time, email surveys or requests for your feedback in order to help us make our web site and services better. Any responses we receive from users will be used only to evaluate our web site and services and no personally identifiable information from respondents will be shared with any non-employees of Business, except that information provided in the Feedback/Comments areas.

Passwords for email accounts are frequently changed.
MailChimp offers a double verification log-in system which we use each time we access the service.  
All computer equipment is kept on secured private premises.
Personal information is not held in hard (paper) copy.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
